Walk- in- Test cum Interview (based on test) for the selection of Lab Assistants & Field Assistants under the scheme ‘Integrated Pepper Research and Development Project for North Kerala Districts’ will be held at this Institute as per details indicated below.

 Location : To be posted at Soil Science Lab, IISR, Chelavoor

 Qualifications : a)Essential: B.Sc.(Agriculture)/B.Sc.(Horticulture)/B.Sc. (Chemistry)

 b Desirable: Experience in analysis of  Soil, Plant, Water samples.

 Nature of Job : Analyses of Soil/Plant samples for nutrients,  data entry, data maintenance.

 Emoluments : Rs: 10000/- per month (Consolidated)

 Upper age limit : 18-30 years for Men & 18-35 years for Women as on date of Interview (Upper Age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms (at present 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)


 Duration of Project : Up to 31-03-2016 or till the closure of the project,  whichever is earlier.
